Personal data in the categories of identity, communication, legal transaction, customer transaction, physical space security, transaction security, finance, professional experience, audio-visual records, health information and habits; face-to-face / online health services, execution of goods / service sales processes, execution of information security processes, execution of finance and accounting affairs, ensuring physical space security, monitoring and execution of legal affairs, follow-up of requests / complaints, ensuring the security of movable goods and resources and carrying out information and promotional activities can be processed for the purposes.

TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE THE PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED

Such personal data may be shared with real persons or private legal entities, authorized public institutions and organizations and banks for the purposes of conducting financial and accounting affairs, following and conducting legal affairs and conducting goods/service sales processes.

 METHOD AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

The personal data in question are processed in writing or through camera recording, phone call, website, call center, e-mail and other electronic applications and devices based on the legal reasons of obtaining explicit consent, stipulated by law, establishment / performance of the contract, fulfillment of a legal obligation, data processing is mandatory for the establishment, use or protection of a right, the legitimate interest of the data controller and the execution of medical diagnosis, treatment and care services.
